The week that was...

My week started out sheisse style, pretty miserable to tell the truth. I've had a few surprises along the way that have given me some long nights, a staff farewell, been short staffed and missed some deadlines.

Renewed Faith

I have a few updates to make... however, I experienced perhaps one of the most profound, yet simple and intirnsic comments I think that I have heard in the past two years...

It is in regards to gifts... gifts from the heart... from the soul...

"A gift from the heart, must be received from the heart"

This may mean nothing to most, perhaps you have not received a gift from the heart? Perhaps you have, and you never understood its true value? Once I received a charcoal etching that a mate of mine made, his name...Janic, it is awesome and I love it, that is why it hangs on a wall in my fathers house.

If you receive a true gift...accept it with grace and truth, it means the world...this is respect.

Maybe I am pissed? Takes more than a bottle of Shiraz...
