It happened to day and shall be remembered here on inwards for ever to be told like an aboriginal storyline for all to either cringe or laugh hysterically: that's right - the dumb shit award of the week.

Background:
Female comes in to store with father.
Looking for a laptop.
Staff member approaches and qualifies properly.
Recommendation made.
An L200 upsec laptop from Toshiba.
Finance use as payment method.
Approved, and all good.

Current:
Female comes back in next day with "dip shit" sibling.
(I'm being nice here)
(And I'm assuming he is a sibling)
Asks to return laptop because it does not suit females needs.
I ask humbly. "What is wrong with the laptop?"
Reply: "Nothing."
Wonderful - I conject.
"What did you want to do?" - I ask
"Find a better laptop" - I'm told
"OK, why dont you look for a more suitable machine, and I'll do the rest" - I offer
"Ok, great" - I'm told

They look, they debate - I hear things like, "I have a copy of XP, I can put windows blinds on it!"

I cringe. This fool is obviously a Dick.

They choose their machine.

An HP that is smaller.
Has half the RAM of the original.
Has a slower CPU.
A smaller HD.
And has WLAN.

The original machine had twice the RAM.
A faster CPU.
A larger HDD.
And the same WLAN.

Another staff member asks why they have chosen a lesser model.

They are told it is because it has WLAN.

(The staff member tries not to laugh)

He says diplomatically, "That model has WLAN too..."

The dipshit tells me him it doesn't.

He proves it.
